There are 200 everyday recipes that make the transition into the Keto diet simple. Plus, she has a huge list of resources and helps at the end of the book.
If you are looking to live the Keto lifestyle, this should be your starting point. If you had to get one book to get you started, this is the one.

There were a lot of good recipes that were convenient and a lot they aren't. Can't wait to try the ones that are.
